Dear World's Greatest Rock 'n Roll Band™: it's sweet that you went to the trouble of showing your respect and admiration for your betters by covering them, and that you went out of your way to be as not good as possible doing it. Very, very convincingly done.
Ha. "Your betters" is a bit much. The Stones had an incredible run of great material from '68 to '74. Much of that is soulful, rockin' stuff that the Beatles never matched. The Beatles have a special place in history, but if you are just listening to tracks, I don't think a comparison is a worthwhile effort. Both bands did wonderful, enduring things.
